Not so much. Testosterone builds up when a man hasn't ejaculated, making him more aggressive. This can be helpful, in that aggression in martial arts obviously can be helpful, but can take away clear-headedness and clear-thinking.
However, being full to the brim of semen doesn't make you better at the sport. It's probably a bad idea to have sex the night before a fight or performance, but you don't have to be completely monk-like.
Also, for women, sex energises rather than saps energy, so girls can go for it.

You could be pregnant, but I doubt that the cramping 6 hrs after sex is that. You don't get implantation cramps until about a week DPO. If you were ovulating, then it was probably ovulation cramps, or simply cramps from sex. In six hours the egg hasn't even gone anywhere....so probably not a pregnancy thing.
FYI...I have noticed that when we are TTC, it seems that we notice every ache, cramp and temp change in our body like crazy. Things that we never noticed before, we notice when we are TTC, and sometimes we get so caught up in TTC that we take every little nuance that our body does as signs of pregnancy. I am going through this right now, which is the only reason I comment about it. Don't get your hopes up unless you start getting some of the more prominant signs of pregnancy (however, I am experiencing alot of those too...but I know it's all in my head).
