I've heard that ejaculation literally takes away energy and lowers all the physical ability(speed, power, stamina, endurance, etc.) as well as focus. I even heard that as a result, it could even lead to depression and affect wakefulness as well. And it says it takes approximately 3 days for the amount of semen you used up that day to fully restore. So it wasn't a "myth" or superstition as some says in martial arts that having sex before the fight is not good after all. Anyways, I wanted to know how this semen and men's physical ability is related. Does more semen in the men's body=better overall performance? But I heard that this aggression is good when you also have clear focus which could build up by abstaining from sex. Martial arts helps you maintain that focus while still having that aggression and willingness to fight. I just don't believe sex is a good solution for "clear thinking" if it lowers the entire physical ability as a result.

Answer by Katherine Not so much. Testosterone builds up when a man hasn't ejaculated, making him more aggressive. This can be helpful, in that aggression in martial arts obviously can be helpful, but can take away clear-headedness and clear-thinking. However, being full to the brim of semen doesn't make you better at the sport. It's probably a bad idea to have sex the night before a fight or performance, but you don't have to be completely monk-like.
Also, for women, sex energises rather than saps energy, so girls can go for it.
